Overview

Edgewater Federal Solutions is currently seeking a Program Management Analyst to support our federal customer in the Washington DC area. 

 

The Program Management Analyst will support executive-level coordination, project execution, and operational communications in a technology-focused environment. This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage competing priorities, coordinate schedules and meetings, support multiple workstreams, draft clear written communications, and independently drive projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. 

 

This is a remote/hybrid role, however the candidate must be able to work onsite in Washington, DC.  

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and executive-level schedules, ensuring timely preparation, follow-up, and communication with stakeholders. 
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, tracking priorities, deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables to support effective execution. 
  • Independently manage assigned projects from initiation through completion, including planning, coordination, documentation, status tracking, and closeout activities. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, documentation, and coordination practices; recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and consistency. 
  • Draft, edit, and prepare professional memoranda, meeting notes, briefings, reports, correspondence, and other written communications. 
  • Serve as a coordination point across internal teams, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure information is accurate, timely, and actionable. 
  • Maintain organized project files, action item trackers, schedules, and supporting documentation. 
  • Support technology and IT-related initiatives by coordinating activities, documentation, and communications within technical or business-facing environments. 
  • Exercise discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information and competing priorities. 

Qualifications

  • Approximately 46 years of relevant experience in IT project coordination, operations support, executive support, program support, or a similar role. 
  • Solid understanding of technology and IT environments, with the ability to coordinate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing professional memoranda, reports, meeting materials, and correspondence. 
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, follow through on assignments, and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and common collaboration or project tracking tools. 
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, timely, and professional work products. 

 

 

Salary: $120,000 -0$140,000
