Senior Information Systems Specialist

Edgewater Federal Solutions seeks an experienced Senior Information Systems Specialist to provide end-user support including help desk for assigned tasks and for various software.    

This work will be conducted onsite in Washington, DC.

• Providing end-user support (including help desk, if required for assigned task) for various software as listed below:
  • Active Directory, Okta, and Entra AD
  • C, C++, perl, python, UNIX (RedHat Enterprise Linux, Ubuntu), Apache
  • DB2, Oracle, Postgress, and SQL Server
  • HTML, XML, XSLT
  • Microsoft PowerBI, Azure PowerPlatform
  • GitLab, GitHub, and AzureDevOps
  • JAVA (with J2EE)
  • Javascript
  • Microsoft Office
  • Microsoft Windows Operating System (desktop and server)
  • Net framework, including VB.Net, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, VBA
  • Erwin
  • WebLogic Web Server
  • Tuxedo Application Server
  • Data Warehouse
  • Amazon Web Services (S3, EC2, etc.)
  • Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, Okta, ServiceNow, WorkDay, Coupa
  • Terraform
  • R/RStudio
  • Microsoft PowerBI, Azure Power Platform, Power Automate
• Providing user and desktop support for email system.
• Providing mobile device support (client-side).
• Providing support for workstations and peripherals.

• At least seven years of experience with task order application or technologies.
