This position plays a key role in analyzing processes, supporting service delivery improvements, and maintaining visibility into emerging business opportunities. In addition to core business analysis tasks, this role includes light project management responsibilities such as coordinating timelines, managing documentation, and assisting with progress tracking across initiatives.
