Overview

Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and eager individual to serve as an Intern supporting our Chief Transformation Officer (CTO).  This role will assist the CTO’s staff in conducting research  in cybersecurity, federal contracting consulting, business development and pricing, and artificial intelligence.   The intern will gain exposure to federal cybersecurity, federal contracting processes, gaining experience in pricing and further insight into artificial intelligence.   This work can be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Research nation-state and adversarial threats to our country's cybersecurity
  • Conduct end-to-end consulting support in operational processes for federal contractors
  • Research business development practices with an understanding of creating pricing models for federal contractors
  • Research artificial intelligence and its impact on federal contracting
  • The practicum will culminate in a presentation of findings to a panel of executives

Qualifications

  • Interest in cybersecurity, intelligence, IT and currently pursuing a related degree or certification
  • Strong communication skills to include writing and oral presentations
  • U.S. Citizenship is required per contract due to the location and nature of the work
