Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking an IT Team Manager to sipport the IT program at a major national laboratory. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the contractor staff within the department to include managing IT staff, managing performance improvement plans, and planning and enforcing IT policies for the contractor staff. Additionally, the IT Team Manager will implement strategic objectives in support of department business goals; essentially acting as the leader of the IT department, ensuring smooth functioning and delivery of IT operations and services provided across the department. The work in this area will be performed at classified and unclassified levels in Windows and Linux environments
