Program Manager 2

Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to support the team at a major national laboratory.

• Assumes responsibility for day-to-day administrative/operational management of all activities and functions in a designated program area within a line or staff department, including contributing to the development, implementation and evaluation of program policies, procedures and standards
• Determining program service levels and enhancements
• Assists with the development of and monitoring program budgets
• Providing technical advice and/or supervision of work to staff, other departments, and performs related work as required.

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience
• In lieu of a degree, additional relevant experience may be applicable
• U.S. Citizenship is required per contract to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy Q clearance.
• Experience as a leader of a team
• Customer service experience is desired
• Excellent problem solving, relationship building, and communication skills
